Note:
All Intending bidders are required to deposit a sum of RM 1,000.00 and buyer's premium of RM 500.00 with the auctioneer by bank draft / cash / credit card in favour of Praise Million Sdn. Bhd. before the commencement of the auction.
For payment vide credit card, a service charge of 3.1% will be imposed. No personal cheques will be accepted. The subject vehicles will be sold subject to the terms contained in the proclamation of sale and conditions of sale of the legal owners.
Sale of vehicle will be on "as is where is basis". All expenses incurred in respect of the transfer shall be borne solely by the purchasers.
All intending bidders are advised to conduct the JPJ, police search and to inspect the vehicles prior to the auction sales.
Mail bids are acceptable and must be deposited with us by noon a day before the auction date. All mail bids must be attached with bank draft/cashier's order of RM 1,500.00 per bid.

1. All vehicles will be auctioned in Kuching (please go to 'Contact Us' for Location Map)
2. Preview listing can be obtained at Praise Million's guard house, all bidders must countercheck with the final listing displayed at the notice board on auction day before proceeding with the bidding.
3. Private /fleet /invidual owners are welcome to place their vehicles/machineries for auction.
4. Bonnets and doors of vehicles will be opened for inspection two (2) days before (Friday & Saturday) auction day and no remarks will be shown in the auction listing and slide show for AMBank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, RHB Islamic, Public Bank, Affin Bank and CIMB Banks' vehicles.
