HOW TO REGISTER AND BID FOR AUCTION PROPERTIES

As a prerequisite, You must be above 18 years of age to register and bid at an auction. You are advised to obtain a copy of the Proclamation of Sale of the property that you intend to bid, and Conditions of Sale of the Assignee ( Legal Owner/Seller) prior to the Auction Sale. Read and understand the Conditions of Sale and carry out all the necessary checks, enquiries, search and inspection as may be required prior to the auction sale.

Registration Before the Auction day:

You may register with us anytime before the auction date and time

Obtain a copy of the Proclamation of Sale  of the property lot you wish to bid and Conditions of Sale  of the Assignee ( Legal Owner/Seller) at the following address:

Lot 1444, Jalan Semangat, Pending Industrial Estate, 93450, Kuching

Before registration please read and understands the Conditions of Sale 

Purchase a Bank Draft or Cashier's Order amount to the deposit ( 10% or 5% of the Reserve Price of the property lot you wish to bid) stated in the Proclamation Of Sales. Make the Bank Draft  or Cashier's Order deposit  payable to the Legal Owner/Seller  of the property

Bring along your NRIC and Bank draft to the following address:-  

Lot 1444, Jalan Semangat, Pending Industrial Estate, 93450, Kuching 

Note: If you are bidding on someone’s behalf, Please bring along an authorization letter from the purchaser and photocopy(ies) of purchaser(s) NRIC.

Attending the auction sale on the date, time and venue stated in the Proclamation of Sale.

Arrive at the auction at least 30 Minutes before the auction time stated in the Proclamation of sale  

Registration on Auction Day:

 On the auction sale day, register at least 30 Minutes before the auction time at the auction Venue stated in the Proclamation of sale

 Note: If you are bidding on someone’s behalf, Please bring along an authorization letter from the purchaser and photocopy(ies) of purchaser(s) NRIC 

Registration Under a Company:

If you are bidding on behalf of a Company, Cooperate, Body etc

Obtain a copy of the Proclamation of Sale  of the property lot you wish to bid and Conditions of Sale of the Assignee ( Legal Owner/Seller-Bank ) at the following address.

Bring along the following documents:

an authorization letter with the company letter head signed by all director(s)

(Note: ensure that the authorized bidder’s name and NRIC number are in the authorization letter).

ii) Form 9

iii) Form 49

iv) Company resolution prepare by the company secretary.

v) Photocopy of IC of all director(s)

On the auction day, please arrive at least thirty (30) minutes before the Auction Sale in order to complete the registration process.
